Your Aunt Rhonda and Collin painted letters for your room last night! They had a lot of fun and I can't wait to hang them all up.

Merry Christmas Eve sweetheart!

We have been busy these past few days. We got you a few outfits, a great book daddy picked out and something for your room. We can't wait until next year when you will be here as we get to doeverything with you.

Daddy felt you kick this weekend. You mostly kick around 10am and then sometimes in the afternoon or at night. I was so glad he got to feel you again. Hopefully you will keep being active so he can keep feeling you. I know he loves it. He tried to "kick" you back to get a reaction but you didn't fall for that!

Anyway I wanted to say hi and you just kicked as I was typing this. Precious girl.

We saw you today!

Today was our doctors appointment. We got lots of great pictures of you. It's so exciting. I had to change all kinds of positions to get a picture of your profile. You were hiding. You like to hide your face near my back. It was so fun to watch you move around though. We saw your arms and legs and a foot.

I love you so much Reagan and I can't wait to finally meet you. I feel like I won't feel so alone sometimes when you're here. I can't wait to experience everything with you and take you everywhere. I love you more than I could ever express and I cherish every time I feel you kick!

Daddy's new favorite thing

Daddy felt you kick this weekend!! It was Saturday morning and we were going to get up and start our day at the lake but I felt you kick so Daddy jumped on the bed and felt you right by my belly button! Then he laid his arm across my belly and you punched/kicked it. He said it was better than his most favorite thing in the whole world which is saying a lot. I may have shed a tear. I'm just SO glad he got to feel you and I hope he gets to feel you more now.

We get to see you tomorrow! Let the countdown begin. I just can't wait.

Oh and this weekend your cousin Mckenzie tried to tickle you. She lifted up my shirt and was tickling my belly. It was so cute. You two will have so much fun together!

Hi from Daddy

Hello Reagan this is your daddy. I am so excited to have you in my life. Even though you are not even here yet I want to play with you I know you will be very fragel for a few weeks and I want be able to toss you into the air or spin you around til we get dizy and fall over laughing. Its true I have been trying to hear you in your mommy's  belly and I dont know if its you or if its your moms belly saying feed me lol. I cant wait til you get here Memaw my mom and Granddaddy my dad are so excited they cant wait and all your uncles and aunts and great uncles and aunts. We all love you always remember that Reagan when times get hard and you feel like there is know where else to run I am always here and dont be afraid to tell Daddy anything I love you Baby Girl.

Hi there

We get to see you next Tuesday to take some more sonogram pictures. I can't wait. I wish I felt you more so I would know you are ok but I'm hoping as you grow I will feel you more. It will put me more at ease.

I bought you another outfit today. It's when you're 2 but its still adorable.

I heard your Daddy say good night to you the other night when I was sleeping and he laid he hand on my belly. He really loves you. I do too!

The beginning and catching up

How we knew we were pregnant
We went to a wedding in Elloree, SC on August 4th, 2012. I felt really tired the Saturday when we woke up and slept on the way there and then I took a nap when we go to Elloree. We left early so I could go to bed that night and I slept all day on Sunday. I also had one other clue that we may be pregnant so I told Daddy that I thought we were and we both got excited but tried not to think about it too much in case it wasn't true. So about three days later I took a test and it was positive and we knew we were having YOU! We could not have been more excited. We hugged and celebrated and we were both in shock but SUPER EXCITED!!

We announced it on facebook with this picture I made. Your due date is March 31st. 

We went to the doctor on August 29th to see Dr Bradford and she confirmed that we were expecting and it was an amazing experience after that. We got to tell all our friends and family and celebrate with them. 

On November 13th we found out that you are a sweet, baby girl and all the wonderful things started running through my head. Playing dress up, cute pink things, dolls, hair ties, a little daddy's girl.... and so much more. I can't wait to experience all of that with you! 

It's amazing how much all of our friends and family already love you. Your grandparents are already buying you stuff and talking about when you arrive and everyone is counting down. You will never be alone in this world, not with this huge, loving family that you'll have. 

Your Daddy is another one that amazes me. He has loved you since day one. He lays on my belly almost every night to try to hear you and he talks to you. He worries about me and you all the time and thinks about the day you'll be born. He is going to be the best Daddy you can imagine. He already told me that he plans to spend all his time with you when you're born and not me, so you'll have that to look forward to. I know he'll be over protective and yet so loving and fun. He really is made to be a Daddy. Sometimes he says the funniest things which I'm going to document on here for you to see later. 

I bought you a cute outfit that's brown and white polka dot pants with a big heart on the butt and he freaked out and said "that better be the last thing you buy my little girl with something on her butt!" He's already so protective. We also talked about your first boyfriend and you don't even want to know what he said about that. Just know that the  young man you bring home will have a challenge.

I felt  you kick the day before my birthday! I had a ROUGH day (two flat tires, a bad day at work, etc...) but when i felt you and it felt like little butterflies nothing else really mattered. It was the most amazing feeling I've ever felt and I can't wait to feel you kick more and let your Daddy feel it!
